I think most people have had times where they've panicked over something that ended up not being an issue. I definitely have, whether pet related or even just things relating to myself. It's definitely not fun when the panic happens in the middle of a trip to a certain chain restaurant/"entertainment" center of pure evil with a particular terrifying mascot(some people will be able to tell which one it is), but once it's over you might be tempted to laugh at your own panic and make it a positive experience!
