As you have had her 3 weeks and have cleaned her out then it seems unlikely as pregnancy is 16 days in a syrian. You usually hear small chirps and squeaks from the pups and they will start coming out about 10 days old. I think though that you do need to check her to see if all seems to be well even if it means looking in the nest. Try and get her in to a glass jar so you can check her underneath for any signs of discharge or a messy bottom. She may well be out when you are in bed. I do hope she is OK.
