Thanks for the replies both of you, it is really appreciated!

She has now been to the vets twice and nothing else has been picked up thus far. On the last visit we picked up a fruit mineral stone, a pumice gnaw block and today bought some Whimzee's which she took straight to her bed.

We just cleaned her cage today and now have a good idea of how much food she has stored in her bed and will check tomorrow to see how much if any she has eaten. She hasn't noticeably lost any weight over the last two weeks but will also keep an eye on that.

What kind of shelled nuts are recommended? We may see how the next week goes and then perhaps look to trim her teeth with some nail trimmers though both myself and my wife are reluctant to do it unless we really have to.
