i got my winter white hamster 2 weeks ago. she’s been settling in fine, no biting and loved to be handled. but just recently i have been woken up a few times to her running around the cage walls and trying to like “run up the walls.” she would do this for who knows how long, so i take her out a bit to have her run around and when i put her back in, it continues! she gets about 30 minutes each morning (2-3 am) so i put her back in the sleep. she’s in a 20 gallon right now but i am trying to upgrade by petcos next dollar per gallon and get a 40 gallon. will this get worse as time goes on? i really don’t want her to get stressed out and cause medical problems. would getting a 40 gallon resolve this or will it continue? my parents are a bit stubborn, telling me she’s fine in what she has right now. but i’m honestly so worried about my hamster. pls help
