He seemed ok this morning, with no sign of the diarrhoea, thankfully! He woke up when I was rushing about the flat getting ready for uni, and kept pushing his nose through the bars every time I walked past, so cute!
I was thinking maybe it was something to do with the poo they eat again (is it caecal pellets they're called?) as I hadn't actually seen any of the green poos in the cage, he just did quite a lot on my hands, and there was some around his tail. Maybe he's eating it. I haven't seen any kind of green poos before in normal healthy hamsters, but if it's the ones they eat like you said, that'd be expected!
Is it just your dwarves that have greeny poos or the syrians too? Its been quite a while since I've kept campbells (probably 6 years), all my hamsters since then have been Syrians (except for the Robos of course!).
