Default Re: Best substrate for burrowing in the UK?

Seeking math boffs....

After lots of pondering, asking and thinking I went from wanting to order Kaytee soft and cozy to Fitch because you can get more for your money out of Fitch. While I was going through the online shop I came across megazorb and is well priced. I'm really for the tunneling so want that for my future hamster. It will also work well with my natural design I'm going with for my cage setup. I'm wanting to buy 85L...

Will it be enough if I fill a 100cmx50cm 3/4 full with it being 7.5inches deep and 1/3 2 inches deep? I'm going to do two platforms of megazorb with the 1/3 platform under the hamsters house. I just want to make sure I will have enough.

I will probably try and sulk if it's not enough because each shipping order takes two to three weeks hence me ensuring I have all the items I need before getting the hamster.
