Red spot on the back of my hamster's neck
I have a Syrian hamster that is quite old (38 months, male, around 145g). I know that some hamsters loss fur when they are older but I just want to make sure the red spot on Duffy's neck isn't anything serious. I have attached a photo. Any respond is helpful and thanks in advance.
PS, is there anything I do to stop him from losing fur?
