What are you doing with her when she's out of her cage? Playpen, bathtime, free roam? My girl will also get a bit frantic looking sometimes once she's been out and about for maybe 15 mins so I will give her a water break and take her out again when she looks like she wants to come out again. You can start her on 5 minute bursts and work up as she gets used to it. It does a lot to burn off their excess energy so it's worth working at.
My message got messed up. Her water bottle is fine. We tried giving her a dish but she fills it with litter. Her bin is 34"x19"x12". We make her blanky tunnels on our bed to roam around for out of cage time. She's fine if we hold her but once we put her down she starts freaking out.
