The thing is there is evidence - evidence that very clearly backs why the Germans use the minimum that they do. I even think it’s written in English but it’s about Syrians (who are the biggest problem really). Then there is a bedding depth study that elaborates further. Its a bit more difficult for dwarfs but Syrians really do need a minimum I think.
