I'm not an expert, but to me this doesn't sound like stargazing. Usually when a hamster "stargaze" they freeze up and won't move. One of my hams did this alot, and she wouldn't react even if i touched her. So if she's still very young she could just be a bit clumsy, but it's hard to say without seeing it. If you're very worried about it you could upload a video of it for us to see
