Mine has just recently moved from his hut to a random nest he made in the corner of his cage, but I’ve put it down - after lots of research and watching him - to just weather change. If it’s warm in your room they tend to do this, or it could just be down to your hammie wanting to change up where it sleeps, which is normal.

To make sure he isn’t overheating you can put a mug in his cage that has been in the fridge for a couple hours to figure out if it is because of this, otherwise it’s probably just him changing things up. I wouldn’t be too worried.
