My old Russian dwarf used to do this mainly because the temperature was too hot for her if your cage is big enough may I suggest placing some sort of safe tile, smooth rock surface for her to lay on and cool water. Does she lay super flat / is slightly wet on her tummy?
Regardless its worth to try giving her an alternative place which may resolve your issue, however, she could just be moving out her nest as, Keep us updated
