My Flurry’s cheek pouches always look stretched out even when they’re completely empty, she has no lumps pr swelling, its just like the skin is permanently stretched as if her pouches were full when theyre not. Has anyone else had a similar situation with a hammie? It wasnt as noticeable before since she was on the chubbier side but now she’s a healthy weight her pouches are really noticeable

Since she’s a rescue I dont know much of her background except that she came from a neglectful home it took her a while to feel safe enough to actually store her food in her nest and not carry it around 24/7, i know she kept her food pouched when she was in the adoption centre, not sure about when she was with her previous owners but could that cause her pouches to loosen??
