I am sure it's the Silent Spinner - it's a total pain when a wheel isn't free spinning. To be honest any wheel would be better than that
You could try and get your money back - after all it doesn't spin well! Exotic Nutrition manufacture and sell the Silent "Runner". I think it is only sold online.
