$50 including shipping is a lot for a wodent wheel. If the 10" Silent spinner is the only wheel available where you are then maybe take a punt on it and be prepared to do one of the adaptations. Although if adapting it means buying bits and pieces, that could be expensive too, especially if it doesn't work out.
You can get the Carolina Storm Wheel in Canada
It isn't cheap - $45. But it's height adjustable and 10.5" diameter. Also silent and supposed to be well-made and sturdy.
