Afraid not, I only know the Beaphar and Johnsons pet disinfectants for small pets. A wipe would leave a residue probably and it's best to rinse any residue off (even though some say you don't need to rinse).
What is it for? A cage only needs disinfecting if there has been illness or disease. Otherwise warm soapy washing up liquid water is fine
