Has he walked at all since the injury? ie have you seen him walking and does he seem to be walking alright - not dragging back legs or anything? I think I would want an x ray doing. I assume they ruled that out - I think it would only show broken bones - not any organs - but if it showed a rib in the wrong place it could indicate what the internal injury might be. Falling on his bladder sounds a bit vague.

Is your vet an exotic vet? It could be worth having another opinion with an exotic vet (they know much more about hamsters - general vets often know very little or aren't up on various investigations and treatments). If you google exotic vets in your area there is bound to be one not too far away.

On the other hand if you think he is dying, then it may be best to just keep him comfortable and give him the pain meds. Is he eating at all?
