It's becoming more common on the show bench as yellow is getting in to the cream lines. It's a bad idea to get yellow in cream lines as it is a devil to get rid of. Cream is epistatic so it 'covers up' the yellow which is still there under the surface so to speak. Babies usually look cream when young but as they mature the ghosting shows up and the yellowish tinge to the coat. Sometimes you only see the yellow when you breed a litter and torts and ghost yellows pop up! We have had litters like this but I think we have now managed to breed it out our lines.
