Brewers yeast does have benefits but you don't need much, I give mine a tiny bit about the smallest amount you can get on the tip of a small pointed knife once a week sprinkled over veg or wet food, any more than that would depend on condition.
I know you're looking to give your ham the best of everything but I think one thing you learn over time is there is no exact amount of anything with hams, they're all individuals & what they need & when they need it will depend on many factors as individual as they are.
