I wouldn't give any to be honest. A good hamster mix will have all the vitamins and nutrients in. Fresh food supplements are best really - eg veg, the odd nut or piece of fruit. It's quite risky giving added vitamins or stronger supplements like brewer's yeast. Could be too much yeast and cause an imbalance.
