This is completely your choice of course but if you look at it this way, most people would have been instsntly turned off by this and this makes her less likely to be adopted.
If you can give her a nice home, even if she isnt guaranteed the best health at least she can be happy
Even the unfortunate deserve a second chance, i dont think she should be avoided, but consider giving her a loving home, theres no reasom she wont live a life as long and good as any other hamster
