His weight sounds fine to me, they vary a fair bit so there isn't really an average but he certainly doesn't sound fat.
A tablespoon is a lot of food for a hybrid, they rarely eat more than they need but a teaspoon or two is probably plenty so you could feed less really.
Too many mealworms aren't healthy due to the high fat content & it will also depend on how much protein is in your mix as too much protein isn't any better than too little really especially when they get older.
Pumpkin seeds make a really healthy treat but again not too many.
