How much do you feed a Hybrid?

So over the weekend a friend came over who hadn't seen Theodore for a couple of months and she thought he's gotten fat. I weighed him the very next morning and he came in at 41 grams so I think he's fine but it got me thinking ... I know what he likes but I'm not completely clear on what his daily/weekly intake should be. Can someone give a little guidance on what the daily or weekly intake of his following favorites should be.
On the veg side he loves Baby Spinach, peas and broccoli the best
On the protein side its all about the mealworms
On the nuts side his favorites by far are pumpkin seeds and air popped popcorn
I scatter feed him a tablespoon or so of hamster mix each day and he just loves searching out the little seeds etc ... though he probably stashed as much as he eats.
Everytime he wakes he checks out his treat bowls so its hard not to spoil him but I also don't want to harm him with over feeding. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
