Default Re: Tips or suggestions?

Thank you. The Ikea cages are actually what got me started thinking about building a bigger cage for them. Unfortunately, we don't have one close. The closest one is 2 hours away and with 4 kids, that turns into a much longer and more expensive trip. I could try checking some of the local thrift stores to see if they have anything. Has anyone heard of milk paint? It says it's environmentally friendly. I was thinking about using that if I can't use the contact paper but I'm not sure if it's actually safe for use on animal cages. This is what I had originally planned on using. [URL="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CM8RRSD/?coliid=I1PMGFTQ5HATU&colid=N2P6U37F1WKM&psc=0&ref _=lv_ov_lig_dp_it"]
It's thick so it doesn't tear easily and it's also waterproof. But if it doesn't sound like it would be safe, I'll keep looking. Thank you all again. I appreciate it.
