Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in ages, but thought I'd share my little Maisie's new home
she had a ferplast Criceti cage for the first 6 months of her time with me, but her bar chewing had become excessive, and I just wanted her to have more space and the fun she deserves (the fact I'm enslaved is quickly becoming evident!). So I recently made a DIY cage, lined with vinyl, fronted with plexiglass, and sealed with aquarium sealant. It's 100cm x 75cm and Maisie moved in today. She appears to love it!! Any suggestions/problems more experienced hamster owners can foresee please share because I've really found feedback from here previously so useful
