I've heard Trixie 11" is quite good however im not too sure on how silent it is.
Silent runner 12", depending on the height and size of your cage and hamster they have it in a 9"-and The Wodent Senior wheel. I wouldn't trust the Kaytee 12" silent spinner as I've heard quite a lot of complaints about it breaking.
