50cm x 36cm x 28cm- see link below. It is a bit small but some people find dwarf hamsters are ok in smaller cages as a starter cage. However he is a year old and sounds very active. If you have a bigger cage and can give him more enrichment I'm sure he'd appreciate it but it would need setting up so as lots of hidey places and overhead cover - so he doesn't feel too exposed. And they do take 2 weeks to adjust to a bigger/different cage usually.

He does sound like it might be a need for more activity and space/stress - weekly cleanouts won't have helped.

The Criceti 15 sounds like an excellent option - not too big not too small.
