I completely understand that female hamsters do smell bad (all my 10 hamsters have been girls) but you just have to allow them to smell. It may be difficult for you to put up with the aroma now but with time I have gotten completely accustomed to the smell.

Thank you guys for the input, I will not be doing that again. I actually found an (orderless) order absorber and it helps to reduce the smell a lot.
