Like both cypher and souffle you shouldn’t be putting anything strongly scented onto your hamsters fur (even natural things like mint) - it can be very overpowering from her with her amazing sense of smell plus hamsters use their sense of smell to help navigate so it will be disorientating too. Also don’t spray any air freshers or fragrance in the same room as her either - most can lead to respiratory issues.

I completely understand that female hamsters do smell bad (all my 10 hamsters have been girls) but you just have to allow them to smell. It may be difficult for you to put up with the aroma now but with time I have gotten completely accustomed to the smell.
