Cypher gave great advice. Fresh veg is very important in a diet. I like to give my ham romain lettuce, broccoli, and other leafy greens. Most hams tend to like plain, cooked, pasta, baby food (hamster safe, no garlic, onions, pork etc), porridge, and scrambled eggs as a treat once in a while, too!
