Congrats on your two new girls!
Now you've separated them you need to keep them apart all the time, a they get older the chances of them fighting will increase & being put back together in the playpen now they're living apart will be very stressful for them.
Just get one out at a time now.
If you only got them last week you really don't need to be doing any cleaning out yet, for at least a few weeks just clean any pee you find but leave everything else so they can settle in & everything in the cage gets their scent on so they feel safe & secure.
Even after the first few weeks you never need to a full cage clean, just do a little at a time & always replace some of the nest material & food hoard when you do those areas.
