Hamsters will not normally overeat and having a good store makes them less stressed overall so don't worry in the least that you have done anything wrong. You are being a little generous though as a dwarf won't eat that much per day but letting her have it will help you bond with her and also let her know that when you come along and talk and open the cage something nice happens ie food. I would give her maybe one spoonful every second day. Good additions are some fresh foods like a fingernail sized piece of brocolli or green bean or a little bit of egg or chicken every few days.
Try and not worry as you are learning as you go and your hammy will be just fine storing the dry food.
