Good to hear Lil's eye is back to normal. As you said she might be having some trouble grooming that side because of her sore leg. If they get a bit of bedding in their eye while sleeping or burrowing it can irritate it and make things a bit crusty too. I always used Carefresh and occasionally I would get a bag that was dustier than usual; in those cases it would sometimes cause a bit of sneezing or a sticky eye
