dreamtree, that's so sad that you don't have a picture of your beloved pet, but I'm sure that the imagine of him that you keep in your heart is better than any photograph. When we truly love someone, we never forget them. Sometimes I can just close my eyes and see right in front of me my beloved dog that passed away a couple years ago. I'm sure you can do the same with your Doc. Maybe you could find an artist who could also draw him based on your description?
