hi, I am looking to buy a hamster for my daughter, I used to have hamsters when I was little but am a complete novice. Am wanting to avoid the large pet shops etc. Can anyone recommend breeders in Nottingham/Derby? Will live in the centre of Nottingham but are willing to travel. The pet shop recommended Syrian as a first pet, would you agree? thanks so much in advance for any help, gratefully received. PS we are not rushing into this and would wait for the right little furry friend!
