I wouldn't give the cheese if you're not sure what it is exactly, there are better protein foods you should be able to give, plain cooked chicken (no skin) just a tiny piece or if you can find any plain dried chicken sometimes sold as a cat treat, if you can get them dried mealworms are good they are high in fat too & as your mix is low in fat that would help, plain tofu is also a good source of protein & most hams like it. A tiny bit of cooked egg, boiled or scrambled (always plain, nothing added) is another option.
You could give small pieces of nut, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, if you can get them hemp seed & flax (linseed) are also a useful source of protein & healthy fats. These aren't complete protein though so you would need to balance it out a bit with grains, oats are good, just plain porridge oat flakes.
