There is an extensive list in the Wiki section of HC titled Safe and Unsafe Food and Plants under General Hamster Information. It will be useful to check on it prior to giving any foods to your ham. In that list, kiwi is listed as being a safe fruit. However, I would only give a small portion of it to your Syrian and only as a rare treat.
