Aww, Lil Fella is SO adorable!!! I love his impressive ears and his smiley face, lol. I think it was so sweet of you to give your boyfriend a special, surprise hammy that his parents would approve of and begin taming him, too. I think it is always a very good experience to have people learn to solely care for a pet that is utterly dependent on them; not only does it allow them to create a special and loving bond with another, but it expands their capacity to have patience, compassion, and unconditional love and become even more responsible.
