The shrivelled looking poops are the older poop which have completely dried up. Although hamsters normally have two different types of poop anyways on which they eat to absorb all the nutrients which they didn't full digest the first time around and a second type which contains fully digested food.

I would be worried if your hamster looks to be overly straining whilst pooping although this can be difficult to see as they poop in privacy. Or if the poo is an abnormal colour or really soft (diarrhoea). Maybe if you share a photo of your hamsters poop we may be able to determine whether it normally or not by comparing it to our hamsters.
