Like dreamtree1234 said, no, just no. Please don't even try to do it unless you wish to end up with a pair of dead hamsters. Hamsters are social animals, but this is with humans. In the wild, they it is unnatural for them to live together in same sex pair, irrespective of whether they are from the same litter or not. Most hamsters would find different paths when they reach maturity.
Both your hamsters would have a happier and comfortable life living apart, in their own space. If you absolutely must own a "pair" of animals living together, consider animals such as rats, guinea pigs, rabbits or gerbils. The "pair" or more is not a very hamster thing. Sorry, but that's the reality.
