I think the alaska is out tbh, it's so tall you need shelves, ledges or levels to make it safe & you can't have any of those with a pair.
I don't know all the other cages but something that isn't too large with no levels, at least two hideouts with more than one exit, two wheels, water bottles etc, you can use two bowls for feeding but scatter feeding is preferable with pairs.
You just need to take care there is nothing that will encourage one to become territorial over as that may lead to fighting.
Keep them together at all times, that includes out of cage time.
You have several cages so you'll be prepared if you need to separate them, most do tend to fall out as they mature & want their own space so do keep a close eye out for any signs that they're not getting on.
