Balls are very very debatable, some say it's fine and some say it's dangerous.
Hamsters don't really need a Hamster Ball that much since they use their Hamster Wheel in the cage, as for dwarves I think it's dangerous due to the small line holes where the dwarf hamster's feet might get stuck.
