As Cypher said, it sounds like she has symptoms of mites. Personally I would take her to vet and see what the diagnosis is. This could also be very irritating and sometimes painful for your hamster so get it checked out straight away. As for ringworm, hamsters do not show many external symptoms however if your hamster has random bald patches (this should be fairly noticeable on a long haired Syrian) then that is a symptom of ringworm. I really hope you can get your hammy restored back to full health!
