It does happen more often with dwarves. It can mean they are a bit stressed so be very sure to leave her very quiet and only feed and water. As long as mum is flitting between nests and feeding and cleaning them all they should be OK though she will likely put them together again. If she seem to be totally ignoring a group you may beed to run a clean spoon in the toilet area to get it smelly then scoop the pups and move them to main nest but hold of that till you see if she sorts it out.
