Gaby says
Thank you everyone for the nice comments about me.
Not sure if it's just me, but I'm fairly certain Gaby turned red as tomato, blushing, as she read the comments with me. It's just over two months now since we started our wonderful journey together, and both of us are inseparable now. It turns out all that I ever do when I'm around my friends is talk about Gaby. A friend actually told me
If I were your girlfriend, I'd have been so jealous of Gaby. Hahaha!
Gaby's trust in me sometimes astonishes even me! One of the things she loves doing is climbing up my hand onto my shoulder, running to the other shoulder and retracting her claws and sliding down to my palm which is always waiting just below the shoulder. And she knows I will catch her every time. I decided to test this the other day by not holding my hand there, she paused for a few seconds when she realized my hand was not there, waited, and then just let go! Of course, I was preparred for this and caught it immediately. Now I know that she was waiting for me because when I let her run around on my bed, she waits at the edge patiently until I hold out my hand for her. She never ever tries to leap of the edge until she can see my hand.
Sometimes I just let he free run on the floor of my bathroom. She runs around for a minute or two, and then just runs up to me and clambers up my leg, playing with me for the next 5 minutes! Yup. Even when let completely free, she just comes right back to me and spends her time with me. Boy o' boy, I love my little girl. Perhaps one of the best choices I've made in a very long time.
Here's a picture of her excitedly chewing through her Whimzees toothbrush. You could almost wonder who's bigger, my girl or her chew toy.
