It's not really possible to see what it is, whether it's some kind of infection or growth for example but it is clear there's a lot of redness & swelling so Snowflake really does need to see a vet as soon as possible. I don't think there's anything you would be able to do to help yourself.
Did you try the vet finder BP linked to?
