She sounds fine to me, if she's already coming to your hand then I doubt she's scared, some do tame really quickly & sounds as though she is, it just sounds as though she's enjoying digging & burrowing in her substrate.
If you can't find her then you can often tempt them out by just gently rustling the substrate while you call them. Unless you really have to it's best not to go hunting for them too much but wait for them to come out when they wake.
