Have you got lots of hidey places in the cage and/or a shelf? If they feel a bit exposed they can hide under the substrate more, but if they are things to hide under in the cage you might see a bit more of her.

Serpendipity7000!I have had munchkin for 2 days now. I do believe she is pretty tamed already; She wil take treats from my hand and gladly let me hold her so that is not a problem.
I have a homemade house, tent, and a mug for her to hide in. is this a good amount of hideouts for a 624sq inch bin cage?
