I just got a silent spinner for my Sirian and it seems like it's impossible to build :/ It came in four bits (stand, back, wheel and the nut to hold it together) but as you try to tighten the nut that keeps the wheel on the thread the nut gose on spins too and stops it from tightening it. I can see the bit spinning but i can get to it to keep it from spinning. How are you meant to do this :/
