So today is the day I got the hamsters. There is 4 of them, and they came in a nice 40 gallon tank with a lid with an overall good setup which I was pleasantly surprised to see. They actually are chinese hamsters, so I am new to owning them as this is my first time housing chinese hamsters, and also housing hamsters together.

As for the one with the missing eye, it seems like the wound is old and healed, however I did have a spare tank and I chose to separate this hamster from the other 3 as I was concerned of another fight, but I am watching closely to monitor her. The other 3 seem to be doing fine in their tank, just a little stressed out from the big move. I’ll definitely be keeping a close eye on the 3 of them to monitor any bickering that might arise. Any tips for housing chinese hamsters together?
